Looking to workout but don’t like the gym? Here’s a new fitness program you can try

Here’s a fun way to raise your heart rate and burn off calories without the need to lift weights in the gym—the #MakeMeSweat Fitness Program from the G-Force Dance Center.

The #MakeMeSweat Fitness Program is a 45-minute workout designed for people who want to get fit but are not into using conventional gym equipment. Participants will dance non-stop to top dance hits with little to no pressure of memorizing combinations and choreography.

The class is a full body workout for healthier living organized by G-Force led by Teacher Georcelle. The well known dance studio is celebrating its 18th anniversary this year.

The program was launched last July 16 at the G-Force Dance Center in Quezon City and was attended by dance and fitness fanatics ages 21 years old and above. Teacher Georcelle and her G-Force squad welcomed everyone on opening day.
