An ice adventure awaits with the newly released Russian winter yard: Digital creator Ostap Gordon allows viewers to experience a winter walk in Unreal Engine 5.1 with high-quality processors created with Blended and Megascans — giving a realistic stroll in the snow recorded with an RTX 4090 on a 4k monitor.
Enfant Terrible uploaded the ultra-realistic demo on Youtube, which was built-in with dynamic lighting with Lumen and Nanite for all objects. These are revolutionary technologies containing high-count poly assets without being slowed down and expensive.
Commentators were amazed at how the demo gave a real-life snow walk experience with its powerful graphics. They said that they can feel the cold breeze of the snow on their hands and faces. The different colors of streetlights, the snow on top of the cars, and the lines of the apartments’ windows are impressive.
While many are impressed, a few are dissatisfied with the monotonous sound of footsteps and the static atmosphere — suggesting more improvements in terms of the camera movements and sound systems.
