Yep, you read that right.
Joed Barallas took the photo in Brgy Tabugon, Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte, during a stopover on his way to Bicol. The familiar color scheme and the wordplay on the name caught his attention.
His post immediately sparked with 6.8K reactions, 10.6K shares, and 748 comments. It has even become meme-worthy!
