Students from outgoing Grade 10 students up to incoming freshies around the Philippines embarked on this not-so-ordinary workshop. They braved the unexplored horizons of their personal growth in their 3-week virtual trip with DwA: TfS! This training program is an avenue to hone their leadership skills further as the program topics are centered on AIESEC’s Inner and Outer Journey (IOJ) Framework.
The delegates, named Kabayans, engaged in interactive synchronous and asynchronous training sessions that helped them discover their potential as youth leaders, which opened opportunities to develop their skills and expand their network through national and local touchpoints. Furthermore, high-profile speakers, notably Teddy Baguilat and Atty. Chel Diokno, was invited to provide sessions for the Kabayans to have reflection spaces regarding their leadership journey.
