Singapore punk-rock legends, Plainsunset, just released their new single “6/4” off their upcoming album ‘Both Boxer & Benjamin’. Fans can watch the music video below and purchase the track here:

“‘6/4’ is one of the first songs for this album that was written and follows the mind of someone who flits from relationship to relationship,” explains Jon Chan, frontman of Plainsunset. “Many things can be compared to being with someone reflecting on a relationship from the past, and resolving to go forward, and do it differently.”

Plainsunset is by far one of the most influential and inspiring bands in Singapore to date. Formed in 1996, Plainsunset has become a household name for local music in Singapore; with 4 full-length albums, 2 re-issues and 1 EP under their belt, they have taken their music to Malaysia, Hong Kong, The Philippines, New Zealand, China and most recently Australia.

Plainsunset is set to release their final full-length album ‘Both Boxer & Benjamin’ in the last quarter of 2016.
