Last November 7, Kpop group Infinite serenaded their fans in their concert, 2015 Infinite 2nd World Tour in Manila: Infinite Effect at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Their fans, known as Inspirits, screamed with excitement as the silhouette of members Sungkyu, Dongwoo, Woohyun, Hoya, Sungyeol, L, and Sungjong appeared onstage and opened the night with “Before The Dawn.” An injured Hoya remained sat down, but this did not stop the rest of the boys from giving it their all as they showcased their synchronized dance moves.
The crowd got even more excited as the boys introduced themselves in Tagalog. “Ako ang iyong boyfriend. May forever!” said L.
Infinite sang popular hits such as “Paradise,” “Be Mine,” “The Chaser,” and “Destiny”. They also sang “Love Letter” while throwing love letters written in paper airplanes and stuffed toys to the audience.
Leader Sungkyu performed his latest single “Kontrol,” while Woohyun serenaded the audience with a heart-tugging rendition of his song “Everyday” which made the audience emotional and teary-eyed.
Infinite’s sub-groups Infinite H and Infinite F also had their own performances during the concert, showing off their singing, rapping, and dancing skills, accompanied by great fan service.
L, Sungjong, and Sungyeol made the girls’ hearts race with their performance of “Heartbeat” and “My Girl.”
The last song to be performed was “Bad,” their latest single which was released last July. With this, the audience really did feel bad because it was time to say goodbye.
Hoya cheered up the Inspirits by saying, “Wag na kayo umiyak. Babalik kami. Promise. Gusto namin kayo masaya at malusog.” This was followed by Dongwoo stating it was one of their best concerts. Woohyun also tried to make them smile by saying “Merong Forever.”
The encore followed with the songs “Come Back Again” and “Together.” The boys thanked their fans and bowed together.
With great vocals, suave dance moves and superb fan service, it was definitely a night to remember for Philippine Inpirits.
