Get your hearts and minds ready as we soon #RedefineCourage together! Join in on the Powerful Conversations on Youth Leadership and Mental Health, a whole day event happening on February 18, 2018 from 8:30am-5:30pm at the Marian Auditorium of Miriam College.

We’re inviting all senior high school student leaders, college organization leaders, and young professionals who have leadership roles in their respective fields.

We’ll be starting the program with “Mental Health 101”, which discusses the fundamentals of Mental Health, “Mind Matters”, which talks about how we can deal with mental challenges, and “Lean on Me” will teach us how to help those who are struggling.

The second part of the program talks about “Leading Inside Out” which focuses on ensuring healthy work environment, the “Circle of Safety” then teaches us how to build trust and support to the team, lastly, we end the program by “Building Grit Culture” which will focus on sustaining passion for our organizations. We also have exciting speakers lined up for you! Some of them are Cassie Deluria, Dr. Gia Sison, and Jordana Valencia, who are well-known advocates of Mental Health.

Often times, we let our mental health take a back seat. We always push ourselves despite the mental challenges we face. But not this time! It’s important for us to know how to take care of ourselves in order to better help those around us! These honest and powerful conversations with our experts and peers, won’t only make us better leaders for ourselves but also for others.

Excited? Delegate fees depends on the wave. This fee includes the whole day pass for the forum, lunch, certificate of participation, delegate kit and raffle entries.
