Bryan Termulo signs with Ivory Music & Video and is back for his new single “Agwat”

Bryan Termulo once again takes a step towards the musical limelight and signed a recording contract with Ivory Music and Video, among the Philippines’ top independent recording label. He now joins Ivory Music’s growing family of talented OPM artists including Maja Salvador, Jennylyn Mercado, Myrtle Sarrosa, JC de Vera and more.

Bryan’s musical career in the industry sparked when he became the 1st runner up in the 3rd season of GMA’s reality singing competition Pinoy Pop Superstar in 2007. He was then dubbed as the “Prince of Teleserye Theme Songs” for singing various teleserye hits in ABS-CBN, including those from Juan Dela Cruz, Walang Hanggan and 100 Days to Heaven.

Aside from singing, Bryan proved he was a jack of all trades by his various television guestings, and by trying acting and hosting. “Singing is my first love, and I always come back to where I came from,” says Bryan.

When asked who his musical influences are, Bryan stated that his singing style was inspired from international singers Jason Mraz and Michael Bublé, as well as OPM singers such as Erik Santos, Gary V, and Martin Nievera.

In his 10 years of being in the industry, Bryan Termulo had always thrived in singing ballad love songs, but this year, he plans on taking things to the next level. “People will always remember me as a balladeer, but I can always give more, add a little spice,” he shared.

Certainly, Bryan vows on giving a subtle yet remarkable Bryan Termulo version 2.0. “There’s still ballad, but the songs vibe will be different.” His new music will definitely not be the usual Bryan, which gives his fans more to look forward to.

Armed with more mature sound and ruggedly handsome looks, fans who definitely missed his voice would surely be delighted with the release of his new material.

“Agwat” talks about a man who is in a long-distance relationship and the struggles that go through with it. That particular line in the song that says “oras ma’y iba sa ating dalawa, nararamdaman natin ay iisa…” signifies each other’s commitment to the relationship amidst the distance between them.

The single will be available on digital format worldwide on Nov. 2, 2017.
