Girl in a jacket

the bride-1

A different kind of ever after is coming your way as SOLAR PICTURES brings you THE BRIDE.

This horror flick tells the story of a small town girl named Nastya. Newly married, her husband Ivan drives her to his hometown to meet his family. Upon their arrival, Nastya feels she made the wrong decision as strange people surround her and starts witnessing bizarre and terrible visions while Ivan’s family prepares her for a mysterious Slavic wedding ceremony.

More than the wedding preparations, can she stay alive the next few days?

A mix of shock and awed reactions on the movie trailer via YouTube made waves early this year. Vloggers Dex & Mike Movie Show commented, “[The trailer] is interesting and different,” and Korikon Nala also said, “[It’s] a good, creepy horror movie.”

THE BRIDE is released by Planeta Inform thru Solar Pictures and is rated PG (Parental Guidance) by the MTRCB. Showing in cinemas starting May 10, 2017. Don’t miss out and join the conversation at #TheBrideMovie and #TheBrideSolarPictures.
