Pinoy Screencast founder Randolph Novino publicly posted on his Facebook page a screenshot of the PRC (Philippine Regulation Commission) “Online Services” log-in and registration page which looks… well, awfully familiar.
The entire InqPOP! staff has been trying to figure out why https://www.prc-online.com/ looks so familiar. Hmmm, where have we seen this design again? Maybe a side-by-side comparison will help us remember.
Oh. Right.
But we’re sure this is all coincidental. I mean, the PRC would never do such a thing on purpose, right?
