The dream “coming together” of Absolute Play and Echosmith is finally happening! These two sibling bands are set to perform on one stage for the Echosmith LIVE Concert at the Venice Piazza McKinley Hill on August 28. Local pride Absolute Play will be opening the event for the international youth punk-rock group who is in Manila for a series of musical gigs.
KIDS ON THE RISE: After its release last July 27 on MYX, Absolute Play’s newest music video entitled “Little Miss Homewrecker” is making waves and reaching high ground as it continues to go viral in both YouTube and Facebook.
As of press time, the music video has already reached 102,106 views on YouTube, as well 8,413 Likes and 348 Shares on Facebook. Listeners of the track love how heartfelt the song was written. It also has a punk rock-underground vibe that captures a vast audience.
The band has been very busy lately, promoting their new single, guesting on radio shows and performing for various gigs. Catch them on MYX Slam Jam 2014, and await their special feature on PULP Magazine which is set to come out real soon.
