Journey into the Cosmos with 16 OPM stars at this Online Benefit

Concert! All aboard a journey to the Cosmos! 

This Saturday, March 5, UP Junior Marketing Association (UP JMA), in partnership with the Save Our Schools Network (SOS) proudly presents Cosmos: An OPM Festival to your screens. 

In this free-of-charge online benefit concert, Cosmos celebrates Filipino talent in OPM by bringing together stellar local artists such as The Itchyworms, Munimuni, Lola Amour, Clara Benin, Oh, Flamingo! and many more! 

On its sixth iteration this year, Cosmos champions the rights of Filipino studentsadvocating for the safe return to face-to-face classes (#LigtasNaBalikEswkela) and the protection of indigenous schools (#SaveLumadSchools)and amplifies this call through OPM. All proceeds from the concert will go towards supporting the SOS Network’s Bakwit School for displaced Lumad students.

Agenda #1: Enter the Cosmos: a live and free-of-charge online OPM Festival! Gone are the days of saving and lining up for concert tickets at dawn. At Cosmos: An OPM Festival, there’s no need to worry about just that! This year, you can enjoy the concert for free, wherever you may be. Just head on to the official Facebook page of Cosmos: An OPM Festival on March 5 as we’ll be streaming the concert LIVE from 8 PM onwards! 

Agenda #2: Jam to the performances of our stellar line-up of 16 OPM artists Now you’re on-board #MissionCosmos! It’s time to meet the stellar artists who’ll be performing for you in this one-of-a-kind journey! Tune in live to the music of 16 of the brightest stars in the OPM scene. You surely wouldn’t want to miss this opportunity to sing and dance your heart out behind the screen while bonding with fellow OPM fans in the livestream! 

Agenda #3: Join #MissionCosmos and help Filipino students fulfill their right to education Last but definitely not the least, our destination is all set. Cosmos is more than just a music festival – through the transformative power of OPM, it takes a stand on pressing concerns Filipinos face and brings it to center stage. This 2022, we hope to bring to light the issues that students face, especially those in indigenous communities, when it comes to their education.
