The infamous deep voice of Corpse Husband is now in ‘Tribe Nine’ anime

From music creation, game commentary to even streaming, Corpse Husband’s iconic voice has made its mark in the digital world amongst other content creators. He started out his career with horror story narration and true crime discussion–which perfectly fits due to his raspy, deep voice–but made his presence more evident from the popular game called Among Us.

Corpse shared a small announcement that he will be voicing Ojiro in the English dub for the anime Tribe Nine. Now, Tribe Nine is an anime that comes from the same creator as the thrilling detective series called Danganronpa, and the cyberpunk-esque series called Akudama Drive. So you can definitely expect an action-packed series!

Going back to Corpse! You can see from the sixteen-second clip, we have a short teaser of Ojiro gazing down upon the city before walking away. But as he walks away he utters, “How insignificant”, which clearly features Corpse’s voice in all its glory–bone-chilling through and through (Thank you, Funimation!). I honestly think this is sick and very fitting for this mask-wearing character.

How perfect can it get?! Ahem… anyway, in his tweet, Corpse did share that he is very excited to be working on such a project and couldn’t have asked for a better first role. I know his community is also excited for the new direction he is taking, and I am certain the industry will be scouting him out for future roles.

How about you guys? What are your thoughts? Share which character would be 10x better if voiced by Corpse Husband.
