PMAP’s 2021 annual conference fuels hope amid the daunting challenges

Despite the challenges faced by the country’s battle against the pandemic, great leaders, caring employers and inspiring workers are rising up in meeting the crisis.

Organized by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), this year’s annual conference themed “ANGAT: Leading People to Higher Ground” aims to share journeys of various businesses on how they were able to survive and transition their organizations without compromising people’s lives, safety, and welfare. The conference will also showcase how people managers put the highest value on meaningful human interaction and engagement in the course of a speedy digital transformation.

The three-day conference has put together lessons of hope, strategies in pivoting the organization from crisis to sustainability, as well as providing an inspiration for organizations on how malasakit as a core Filipino value has become a valid business model in driving growth and continuity.

The annual conference will present various topics of interests on July 28- 30, 2021, via Zoom. To register, you may email kevin.jacinto@pmap.org.ph. For sponsorships, you may contact Carol or Alex at carol.alcances@pmap.org.ph or alexander.guinto@pmap.org.ph.
