The second part of Warner Music Philippines’ Rico Blanco Live! compilation is now up on the label’s Youtube channel. Part 2 features “Antukin” and “Yugto” from Rico Blanco’s debut album “Your Universe”, “Balisong”, and extended feature of the multi-talented artist’s best Rivermaya songs, “Kung Ayaw Mo Huwag Mo” and “Panahon Na Naman”.
Rico Blanco’s debut album “Your Universe” marked a new chapter for the former Rivermaya frontman. His step away from the famous rock band opened new opportunities that led to bigger things for the singer-songwriter. At the 2008 NU Rock Awards, Rico won Album of the Year for “Your Universe”, Vocalist of the Year, and Song of the Year for “Antukin”. “Yugto” also received equal honors when it won Awit Awards for Song of the Year, Best Performance by a Male Recording Artist, Best Musical Arrangement, and Best Engineered Recording.
