There’s a Janina San Miguel playlist on Spotify and howmaygahd it deserves an award for creativity

If you’re having a bad day, or just need something to light up your mood, we have a couple of playlists here that will surely give you nothing but good vibes.

Remember Janina San Miguel? She made her way to the “tough ten” — and straight into our hearts — with her unforgettable answer during the Binibining Pilipinas 2008 Q & A segment. You know, this one…

Her answer became an internet classic that, until now, people still know every line by heart. Enter Spotify user Tristan Bill Abad. He came up with this hilarious playlist inspired by Janina’s answer and it made us all go: HOWMAYGAHD, my pamileeeee!

And if you think that wasn’t funny enough, Tristan has more playlists to offer, like “Terri Terri” featuring Maricel Soriano’s line in Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin, and Ritemed’s TV ad jingle.

Apparently, creating themed playlists like this has become a thing. Look at this one made by John Paul Lomibao inspired by Maxine Medina.

According to John Paul, he thought about doing it when he saw a couple of tweets about these playlists. He then decided to use celebrities that have “memes circulating around the internet” like Derek Ramsay with his Anti-Piracy Campaign ad that generated a slew of memes, comics, and other social media posts referencing it.

We’re seriously admiring the creativity of these people and the effort they’ve put in these playlists.
