Build3x Project: The Macro and Micro effects in Philippine investment

Last May 9, 2018 UST Graduate Students of General and Financial Management Class under the direct supervision of Dr. Enrico Torres facilitated this year’s Conference entitled Build3x Project: The Macro and Micro effect in Philippine Investments. This conference aimed to understand the government’s current program and what would be the effects that we are foreseeing specifically in the Philippine Investment then to our Economy as a whole.

The event was held at Garcia Villa, The Manila Peninsula Hotel, Makati City. Industry experts were invited to impart their knowledge, experience and expertise in the subject matter. Mr. Henry Joseph Herrera (Chairman of the Board, Pru Life UK) and Atty. Froilyn P. Doyaoen-Pagayatan (Legal expert in Corporate Taxation and Commercial Laws) focused on one of the hot topic this year that is very relevant to the Build, Build, Build Project of the government, the TRAIN LAW wherein most of the proceeds of collected tax will be focused on Infrastructure programs such as Build build build programs, Mass transport, New roads, Military, Sports for Public Schools, Potable drinking water in public places.
