Vivo draws young, smartphone enthusiasts at activity-packed V7+ promotional school tours

Vivo—5th in the 2016-2017 Leading Global Smartphone Brands—recently debuted the V7+, a top-of-the-line selfie-centric smartphone at the grand Marriott Hotel in Manila last September 20.

To follow through with the promotion for the V7+ and to reach out to the younger, selfie-obsessed crowd, Vivo has launched a series of school tours with celebrity bands and exciting activities on tow.

Part of the roster of campuses for the Vivo school tour in promotion of the V7+ is Arellano University Manila which was serenaded last September 29 by the most sought-after bands in the local scene. From Spongecola to Hale to Sud, the students swayed to the live music of the mini-concert. Miro Valera of Stonefree, Lunarlights, and Absolute Play also played for the Arellano University crowd.

On September 29, it was the Malabon site of Arellano University’s turn to get a fair share of all the fun and the music Vivo has to offer. Callalily and Silent Sanctuary serenaded the fans with, again, SUD and Miro Valera of Stonefree as part of the talented line-up. Filipino indie band Paraluman also regaled the students with their hits.

The students were given the chance to be Vivo Club Ambassadors through membership and got to experience Vivo smartphones in the Vivo booth. There was also a Boomerang selfie activity with the Little V mascot which the students can post on their Instagram feed with the official Vivo hashtags. Students received a freebie from Vivo in return.

Both events were hosted by premier radio DJ Cara Eriguel.

The Vivo V7+ boasts of a 24MP clearer selfie front camera with Face Beauty 7.0 feature for perfect shots anytime, anywhere. It also rocks a revolutionary 5.99” all-screen display with an 84.4% screen to body ratio, providing a more exciting and enhanced gaming and visual experience. The V7+ also offers a special Face ID feature which allows high-technology security access to one’s smartphone, unlocking the phone with mere facial recognition, among many other thumbprint features.

The V7+ comes in Matte Black color and Crown Gold and is priced at a reasonable Php 17,990.00. The Vivo V7+ is selling nationwide and is available at Lazada, Argomall and all Vivo concept stores and kiosks.
