Silverstein premiere new music video for “The Afterglow”

NEW ALBUM ‘DEAD REFLECTION’ OUT NOW
GET IT HERE: riserecords.lnk.to/DeadReflection

August 17th, 2017 – Singapore – Ontario, Canada’s post-hardcore pioneers, Silverstein, have released a brand new music video for “The Afterglow” a choice cut from their recently released eight full-length ‘Dead Reflections’. Fans can watch the video on the official Rise Records YouTube Channel here: smarturl.it/TheAfterglowVideo

To compliment the infectious hooks of “The Afterglow”, Silverstein paired the track with a video chronicle of their time on the entirety of the 2017 Vans Warped Tour. From the raucous live show to the backstage camaraderie, the music video is a behind-the-scenes glimpse into a long summer of sweat, stage dives, and Silverstein.

On the song, the band said, “We had a blast on the Vans Warped Tour all summer and were glad we could capture some footage for a new music video. It’s been so much playing some new songs from Dead Reflection and we can’t wait to tour the world next. Expect to see us in Asia next year performing songs from the new album!”

Released on July 14th through Rise Records, ‘Dead Reflection’, doesn’t just push Silverstein’s sonic skill to the brink, the album also finds vocalist, Shane Told, delving into his personal life to a greater extent than ever before. The intimate album is shaped by tumultuous and self-destructive times, and its dark tone is undeniable, but underneath there is the sense of hope within the hurt that has always marked Silverstein’s work.
