July 28th, 2017 – Singapore – The Aces’ much anticipated debut EP ‘I Don’t Like Being Honest’ was released globally late last month. Today, the band is excited to share the official music video for the EP track, “Baby Who”, which was directed by drummer Alisa Ramirez. ‘This video is an intimate look at our lifelong friendship,’ says Alisa. “The four of us spent the majority of our lives running around the neighbourhood where we filmed. 2017 has seen The Aces conquer SXSW performing at Nylon, Noisey, Rachel Ray’s Feedback House and Quantum Collective’s SX Invasion to name a few. Last month the band performed in NYC for their first time ever at a SOLD OUT headlining Mercury Lounge show and just this week they shared the stage w/ Portugal. The Man at a SOLD OUT show in SLC at Red Butte Amphitheatre. Currently, The Aces are in the studio working on their debut LP. Stay tuned for more details.
