The Philippines’ most colorful music festival tour, Raveolution, will bring its unique mix of energy, music and colors to this year’s Kadayawan Festival, in partnership with Arcadia Electric Music Wanderland on August 20, 2016 at the Lanang Business Park.
Raveolution is the country’s foremost homegrown music festival tour to explore the theme of colors and paint. Starting out as a small paint party in 2014, it has since toured Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao – painting the country one city at a time, and celebrating unity in color. Its most recent production, in partnerhsip with Neverland Events, showcased a massive lineup of local talent and international talent such as Galantis, Firebeatz, Dannic and Kura.
“Raveolution is a music festival stemming from values close to home. We believe in celebrating a culture of unity and freedom of expression through music, dance and color. Each unique experience that we’ve gathered from different parts of the country really adds life to the Raveolution story.” said Regina Reinoso, Managing Director of event company Super Awesome Productions.
“We are very excited bring Raveolution back to Davao as part of Arcadia Music Wonderland. It’s a sort of homecoming for us since our first major event was 2015’s Araw ng Dabaw, wherein 8,000 Soldiers of Color gathered to celebrate. We have always considered Davao as one of our bases.” adds Stephanie Moreno, President.
Soldiers of Color get to witness the Raveolution signature paint cannons, laser lights, galloons of glowing neon paint, color showers, and more from 7pm to 11pm only during Arcadia Electric Music Wonderland, a Manic Nightnings production, so it’s encouraged to go early!
Some of the country’s best DJs and MCs will be energizing the stage as well. The stellar lineup includes: Vega, Ron Reeser, Marc Marasigan, Travis Monsod, Ron Poe, Deuce, The Zombettes, Carlo Atendido, X-Factor, Everyday People, Wacky Masbad, Torch Gacuma, Victor Pring, MC Ronthug, and Roda King.
Arcadia Electric Music Wonderland will be held on August 20 at Lanang Business Park, Davao City starting at 3pm. Tickets at 550php for VIP and 350php for GA.
